Below you'll find some instructions for home amenities.

Pool Operation

The pool is very simple to use. The remote will allow you to turn the light off / on (using the AUX button). Additionally, the SPA button turns on the heating feature of the pool (controllable on the remote). This allows the pool to be heated up to 85 degrees. The pool remote features some advanced functionality for maintenance crews, and we kindly ask that renters not change any of the operational settings.

Hot Tub Operation

The Hot tub is located on the roof of Sol House. The controls are located on the hot tub itself and should be fairly intuitive. If needed, the model of the Hot Tub is: A8D by Bullfrog / https://www.manualslib.com/products/Bullfrog-A8d-9635818.html

Radiant Heating

Sol House is equipped with radiant heating in the floors. Typically this is not needed during warmer weather. The radiant heating is controlled by the thermostat on the wall next to the kitchen (above the fire extinguisher). This remote only controls the temperature of the floor.

Other Thermostats

One thermostat is located in the entryway by the garage. This controls the main areas of the home (i.e. living room, kitchen, etc). A second thermostat is located in the bunk room. This thermostat controls the temperature of the bedrooms.

Fans

Each fan has a white remote to control the speed. The wall switch for the fan must be turned on to control the fans.

TVs

Each television has a remote (sometimes these are stored behind the TV). Please feel free to login to any television apps you like to use. Remember to log out before you go too!

Pool Doors

The Pool doors can sequentially slide open to create a modern and incredibly airy feel around the living areas.

Pool Door Alarms

The alarms located on each sliding glass door (that provide access to the pools) can be armed or disarmed by turning them on/off with the switch located on the alarms.

Steam Shower

The master bedroom is equipped with a steam shower feature. Simply activate the steam shower using the controller on the shower wall. Be sure to turn on the bathroom fan in the shower once your steam session is over.
